God Doesn't Remember How Bad You Were
"For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
Hebrews 8:12
Man looks at you and remembers what you were like in the past. But when God looks at you through the new covenant, He declares, “I will be merciful to your unrighteousness, and your sins and lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
He states it plainly in His Word as if to assure us: “When you come to Me, don’t think that I am thinking about your sins. Don’t think that every time I look at you, I am reminded of your sins. Not only am I not keeping a record, but I am also not mindful of your failures and shortcomings. I am telling you that I will remember your sins no more, never again!”
God can say that all our sins He remembers no more because there was a time when He remembered them and punished every one of them — in the body of His Son at the cross. He punished every single one of them until Jesus cried out, “It is finished!” (John 19:30) That is why today, God can justly say, “Your sins I will remember no more.”
We all know that we sin from time to time. But the good news is that all our sins have already been dealt with at the cross. They have been washed away by Jesus’ blood. Now, when we come into God’s presence, He sees us without our sins. So beloved, forget your past failures. Believe that God remembers your sins no more and be the righteous man that you already are in Christ!

Focus on the Purpose, Not the Reward
When you discover that God has given you a gift and a passion to use it, there
is no greater joy and personal fulfillment than when you get to use it. And that
joy and personal fulfillment is a reward from God!
Yet the joy and personal fulfillment that comes from ministering to others is the reward, not the purpose of ministry. One of the greatest joys of being a pastor is seeing people discover God's gifts in their lives and their joy when they feel His presence and power when they get to use it. The next thing that often happens is the person becomes driven to use their gift. Sometimes fear makes them so afraid that they may not get to use their gift, that they struggle allowing others to use their gifts. While these feelings are very normal, they provide a doorway for envy and strife.
Consider this metaphor as a simple parable. There once was an excellent teacher that got great satisfaction from the joy of teaching and the acclaim of others who noticed his powerful teaching gift and insight. There was also another educator whose great joy was seeing her students learn. But her greatest joy was seeing her students become teachers themselves and teach others. The teacher's joy was getting to teach. He was focused on himself. The educators joy was helping others learn. Her focus was the students joy!
Jesus said, "He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. (Matthew 10:39 NKJV)"
Don't struggle to find or keep your ministry. The gift that God has given you will open doors for you. The purpose of your gift is to edify and lift up others.
Focus on lifting up others and you will discover God will use the gifts He's given you to lift them up!

You're Qualified, Now Receive!
Wish you could do something that would qualify you to receive a miracle from God?
Do something worthy, and God will grant you a wish. It might sound like a great idea, but trying to do something to earn a miracle is the very thing that will keep you from receiving one.
Romans 4:13-14 says, "For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise made of no effect."
You can only receive from God by faith. If you are trying to do something to get a miracle, you are trying to earn it. You simply cannot pray enough, fast enough, or is there anything else you can do to earn a miracle from God.Trying to do something in order to earn a miracle makes faith void and the promise of no effect! Ouch!
We've all heard someone preach, "The three steps to your miracle, the seven steps to your healing, etc." While all these might be good things to do, they won't earn you a miracle. Perhaps you have been told that you need to examine your life and repent of any secret sin or some current poor habit that is stopping your miracle. While these may indeed be areas that need corrected, the bible does not say that sin overcomes grace, but rather, where sin abounds grace abounds much more!
So what do you need to do to qualify to receive a miracle from God?
Col 1:12 says, "Giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light."
All you need to do is believe that the Father has already qualified you to receive because of the finished work of Jesus Christ.
Repeat after me, "Because of Jesus, I am already qualified to receive a miracle from God! Just like I am!"
So say out loud:
1) There is nothing wrong with God, He wants me to receive my miracle
2) There is nothing wrong with God's Word, His promise never fails
3) And because of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, there is nothing wrong with me!
Now receive your miracle!
I am healed. I am delivered. I am saved. I am made whole! Thank you Jesus!
(Then because Jesus freely gave you His grace when you didn't deserve it, you honor Him when you go in His grace and sin no more!)

Take the presence of Jesus with you!
Under the law, the touch of a leper made us unclean. Under grace, our touch cleanses the leper! Take the presence of Jesus with you wherever you go today!
